Privacy and data practices

What we collect, and what we do not.

This policy describes what LiveWire Collaborative collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written for the systems that actually run this site, not a template.

Last updated September 3, 2026. This is the effective version until we post a newer one.

Who we are

LiveWire Collaborative is an AI-visibility advisory firm based in Newton, Massachusetts. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean LiveWire Collaborative. For any privacy question, contact info@livewirecollaborative.com.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you submit the contact form or the speaker request form, we collect what you enter — typically your name, email address, organization, and your message, and on the speaker form also phone, event date, event web page, and how you heard about us. We use this only to respond to you and, if we work together, to deliver what you have asked for.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and content-delivery providers automatically log standard technical data when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you view — to serve the site, keep it secure, and protect against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and Happierleads and similar visitor-identification tools are turned off.

Cookies

This site uses only what is necessary to load pages and keep them secure. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies. Third-party content you interact with — for example an embedded YouTube video — may set its own cookies when you play it; those are governed by that provider’s policy.

How we use your information

We use the information above to respond to inquiries and speaking requests, to provide and improve our services, to keep the site secure and working, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. We do not use it to make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising. We use a small set of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract, only to run this site:

  • Dailey OS — hosting, form processing, and the transactional email that delivers your form submissions to us.
  • Cloudflare — content delivery, security, and bot protection at the network edge.
  • YouTube (Google) — video hosting for any embedded videos you choose to play.
  • Google Fonts — delivery of the site’s typefaces; your browser requests these font files from Google, which receives your IP address in the process.
  • CanAIRecommendYou.com (IzzyOS) — if you choose to run our AI-visibility diagnostic, you leave this site for CanAIRecommendYou.com, operated on the IzzyOS platform. Anything you enter there is handled under that service’s privacy terms as our sub-processor.

We do not currently use a customer-relationship or email-marketing platform for this site. If we add one, we will update this policy and name the provider before turning it on. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to run our business, then delete or archive them on a reasonable schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact address above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to receive a copy in a portable form. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights arise under the GDPR; if you are a California resident, under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — which does not apply here because we do not sell it. To exercise any right, email info@livewirecollaborative.com and we will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

International visitors

We operate from the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be handled here under this policy.

Children

This site is meant for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Links to other sites

Our site links to properties we do not control, including CanAIRecommendYou.com and our LinkedIn pages. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to read them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and our providers change. When we do, we will revise the date at the top. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
